At Little Dashes and Dots, we are committed to providing high-quality, educational products that support your child’s development. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
15-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If 15 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Defective Items & Manufacturing Issues
Montessori Toys: Our Montessori toys are designed to be safe, durable, and developmentally appropriate. If a Montessori toy arrives with a manufacturing defect (such as loose parts, cracks, paint defects, or faulty assembly), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will offer a full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping if applicable.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or damage occurring after use are not considered manufacturing defects.
Other Items: For non-toy items (including accessories, learning materials, or other products), manufacturing defects or quality issues must also be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After review, we may offer a store credit, or refund, depending on item availability and the nature of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Items returned without original packaging
If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you according to the defect guidelines above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
